Long-term rental with a buyout? Buy&Rent is a car purchase on preferential rent terms

Buy&Rent is a car purchase on preferential rent terms — not rental with a buyout option. You sign the purchase agreement and the rental agreement on the same day, and a deposit from 10 percent of the price counts towards that price and locks it for the whole term. You repay the capital quarterly, at your own pace, and the rent, charged only on what is still outstanding, falls with every repayment. You drive for 2 to 18 months with no mileage cap, in a car that is new or nearly new and under an active warranty. Returning or selling the car stays open — but ownership is the default path.
What a purchase on preferential rent terms really is
An ordinary purchase starts with a decision. You take a loan or pay cash, you sign one contract, and from the first minute the entire risk sits on your side.
Here the order is reversed. On the day you collect the car you sign two agreements, a rental and a purchase. Ownership is the default path: the deposit counts towards the price and locks it from day one. If after a few thousand kilometres you decide the car is not for you, you can hand it back or sell it.
Three steps
1. You choose a car. New or nearly new, always with an active warranty. The warranty follows the car to the next owner, so after the buyout it stays with you. The manufacturer sets the transfer conditions, which is why we check them in the service book for the specific car.
2. You pay the deposit and sign both agreements. The deposit starts at 10 percent of the price. It counts towards the purchase and locks the price for the whole rental period, even if the market moves up.
3. You drive and repay the capital at your own pace. The rental runs from 2 to 18 months, and you repay the capital quarterly, in amounts you set yourself.
What you pay each month
The rent has two components: an administrative fee of 300 zł net and interest, that is 10 percent per year on the remaining capital.
Let us count it on a car priced at 200 000 zł. A 10 percent deposit is 20 000 zł, so 180 000 zł of capital is left to settle. The interest comes to 1 500 zł a month, plus the 300 zł fee. You pay 1 800 zł net. After a quarter you repay 20 000 zł of capital and the rent falls to roughly 1 633 zł. Repay faster, pay less.
We do not count the mileage. In classic long-term rental the contract usually gives you 10 to 30 thousand kilometres a year, and for every extra kilometre you pay 30 to 70 groszy on return. That bill does not exist here.
Why we do not check BIK
Because there is nothing to check. Creditworthiness is assessed before a loan is granted, and you are not taking a loan. You sign a rental agreement and pay for the use of a car that stays ours the whole time. Hence no check in BIK (the credit information bureau), no KRD (the debtors register) and no certificates from ZUS (social insurance) or US (the tax office).
This is not about turning a blind eye to anyone's history. A different type of contract means different questions at the start.
How we differ from other "no BIK" offers
Companies advertising rental "without BIK" usually finance cars as old as seven years and write the contract for 36 or 60 months. That is an address for someone who will not get financing anywhere else. A separate category is the platforms selling cars online: new cars, a fast procedure, except that their consumer leasing still ends with a credit history check.
We are playing a different game. A car under warranty, a deposit from 10 percent, a contract from 2 to 18 months and no creditworthiness assessment. Behind CARMA stands a Białystok car seller with 33 years of experience on the car market, who buys cars wholesale before they reach the offer.
What you do at the end
You buy it. The agreement is ready and waiting, the deposit and the capital you have repaid reduce the amount left to pay.
You return it. You settle up for the actual time of use.
You sell it. You find the buyer yourself and settle the contract from the sale.
Who it makes sense for
A purchase on preferential rent terms usually reaches someone who wants to drive a new car but has no intention of signing up to a five-year schedule. The second group is small business owners who need a car with a warranty without taking 200 thousand złoty out of the company.
Not for everyone. Do you have the cash and plan to drive one car for a decade? Buy it outright, it will work out cheaper.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy the car?
No. The purchase agreement is ready from day one, but it is you who decides whether to trigger it.
Is there a mileage limit?
There is none. You drive as much as you need, with no extra charges for additional kilometres.
Do you check BIK and KRD?
No. We do not assess creditworthiness and we do not report the contract to the Polish credit and debtor registers (BIK, KRD), because a rental is not a credit product.
When can I buy the car out?
At any moment between the second and the twenty-third month of the rental.
