Rules for using the CARMA informational website.

These Terms set out the rules for using the CARMA website. Last updated: 16 September 2026.

1. General

The CARMA website ("the Site") is operated by RUSH Sp. z o.o., ul. Wejherowska 22/2, 03-538 Warszawa, NIP 5242999234, REGON 527854910. Contact: kontakt@autocarma.pl, phone +48 515 071 363.

The Site is informational — it presents the offer and the rules of the Buy&Rent model and lets you get in touch to arrange a conversation. Using the Site is free of charge.

2. Nature of the information

Information on the Site — including car descriptions, example rent calculations and the calculator output — is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Binding terms are always agreed individually in a contract.

The calculator provides only an approximate estimate of the monthly rent based on a transparent formula. The result is not a binding valuation or a decision to enter into a contract.

3. Rules of use

When using the Site, the user undertakes to:

  • provide true and up-to-date data in the contact form,
  • refrain from any activity that disrupts the operation of the Site,
  • use the Site in accordance with the law and good practice.

4. Contact form

Sending an enquiry through the form requires consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of responding to the enquiry. The rules of data processing are described in the Privacy Policy. We usually reply within one business day.

5. Intellectual property

The content, trademarks, logos and layout of the Site are legally protected. Using them without the operator's consent is not permitted.

6. Complaints and contact

Comments and complaints about the Site can be sent to kontakt@autocarma.pl. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to these Terms

The operator may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page together with the last-updated date.
